Our client is a bakery chain owner who has three bakeries in connecting cities in West Yorkshire, UK. When starting to expand, the client came across geographical restrictions. They wanted to bring on an experienced Accountant in their team based on their talents, and not their location, without taking the risk of vetting candidates over the internet.
Bionic Talent was their solution. We worked with the client to understand who they needed, understood their must haves and deal breakers to ensure we got them the best of the best. We then utilized our vetted 20,000+ candidate database and also reached out to our network, and screened, assessed and interviewed many candidates. Who did they hire?
They Hired Joshua for $1350 per month full-time in the client time zone. Joshua is based in the Philippines and is a well qualified and experienced accountant and is very proficient in his field. He also understands TAX/VAT implications and is familiar with UK Taxation and Company laws. He is also a fast learner and keen to take on responsibility of complying with HMRC regulations. His previous clients all regarded him as a confident, smart and proactive employee of their company. Here’s what his job role entails in his new role:
- Tally the account books for all three bakeries
