- You'll have a shortlist within 6–10 business days of the intake call. From that first call to your new hire starting is about 21 days on average. We'd rather quote you the real range than a number that sounds better and then misses.
- What if I've never hired offshore before?
- Most of our clients hadn't. We handle sourcing, vetting, and placement; you interview a shortlist and pick. The 90-day unlimited replacement means the downside of trying is capped at your interviewing time, and you get a named account manager for onboarding rather than a support inbox.
- Do you handle payroll, taxes, or compliance?
- No, and we'd rather say so plainly than imply otherwise. We recruit, vet, and place. You employ and pay the person directly, which is what keeps the cost structure honest. If you need an employer-of-record or a payroll provider, we'll point you at ones our clients already use. We don't take a referral fee for it.
