The talent

The shortlist is the product.

Sourcing is the easy part. The work is the 6 stages between 100k+ applicants and the handful of profiles that reach your inbox. None of it is billed until you hire someone, and if that hire turns out wrong we run the whole search again free.

The work

Recruiter notes

3 years of intake for US firms from Colombia, so the first-call script and the urgency behind it are already familiar. Qualifies rather than takes a message. Has not worked a mass-tort intake queue, which is worth probing if that is your volume.

Assessment results

Recorded intake call, scored: qualified the caller, captured the statute-relevant dates, and escalated a conflict check rather than pressing on. Spanish leg of the call was assessed by a second reviewer.

The exercise is set for the role. There is no single aptitude test every candidate sits.

Tools

Tested on the software the role actually runs on rather than taken from a CV. The profile records how the candidate did on each.

The checks

References checked

Two previous employers contacted by us directly: an intake manager at a US personal injury firm, and an operations lead at the same firm.

Video introduction

Two to three minutes, unscripted, answering questions we set. You hear AndrΓ©s’s spoken English and see how they present before you spend an interview slot.

Video slot. Empty in this example.
DISC

Administered during vetting, and the full result is included in the profile we send you.

The recruiter's own read, separately: Comfortable interrupting politely to keep a call on track. Writes up notes the same day rather than at week end. Asks for the script rationale rather than reciting it.

Education

Bachelor degree, 2018. Certificate verified with the issuing university.

The commercials

Salary expectation

$1,200 per month, paid by you directly to them. Our $1,997 fee is separate and one time.

Availability and notice

Available now. 8h ET overlap.

Now showing the Intake Specialist example profile.

The pool is 100k+. Your shortlist is a handful.

Those are 4 example profiles. We recruit across 10 markets, and 6 stages of vetting cut that pool to the top 1% who reach a client. Nobody browses their way to the right hire, so yours gets built against your brief rather than picked from a catalogue.

50+ role types. The 33 we publish figures for start at $800/mo.

Shortlist in 6–10 business days. The search itself costs nothing.

The pool

Where they come from

We recruit in Philippines, Pakistan, South Africa, Kenya, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela and Argentina and place into US law firms, marketing agencies and home services businesses: operations, legal support, marketing, admin, and technical seats including web and WordPress developers, full-stack developers, automation specialists, IT support and QA testers. 1,200+ placements across 50+ role types so far.

Vetted, then re-vetted

English tested in conversation, skills tested on the actual software, references contacted. A second recruiter reviews the file against your brief before you see it.

All 6 stages

Your hours, your tools

You set the time zone overlap on the intake call and we filter for it. Candidates arrive already tested on Clio, ServiceTitan, Google Ads or whatever the role actually runs on.

How a search runs

Employed by you, not us

You hire the person directly and pay their salary. We take no cut of it and add no monthly markup. The placement fee is the whole of what we make.

What it costs

You can't browse your way to the right hire.

Tell us the role and we run the search against it. Shortlist in 6–10 business days, $1,997 flat, and nothing owed unless you hire.

Get a shortlist

About a minute to fill in, then a 30 minute intake call. If nobody on the shortlist is right, we keep looking or we part ways, and you have spent nothing but the interview time.

The fee

$1,997 flat

Every role. No percentage of salary, no monthly markup.

When you pay

Only on hire

Invoiced the day a candidate accepts your offer.

If it doesn't work

90 days

Unlimited free replacements for 90 days, counted from their first day.

6–10 business days

About 21 days from first call to someone starting.
